By using EarnestPen’s services, you agree to these terms. Please read them.
The service
EarnestPen provides X (Twitter) ghostwriting services on a monthly retainer basis. We deliver content as described at the time of purchase.
Payment
Billing is monthly. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Your content
Content we produce for you is yours. We retain no rights to it after delivery. We may reference that we work with founders in your niche (not your name, not your content) for general marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.
What we need from you
To do our job well, we need your cooperation during onboarding — sharing samples, responding to questions about your voice, and reviewing content within 5 business days. Delays on your end do not entitle you to additional content.
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from content you choose to post, including changes to your follower count, engagement, or business results. Growth is influenced by many factors outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
